What happens if someone forgets their password?
An admin can resend their sign-up email.
Use the link email guest that's
visible in the left margin of the admin web app once you've selected a particular event.
The guest can then follow the link in the email and re-enter his/her password.
If a walk-in forgets his/her password, the guest can apply for a new walk-in account.
Is there a way to edit the guest's email address?
If the guest's email address is wrong, deactivate the guest and create a new guest entry
with the correct email address.
What do I do if I need help with guest registration?
The UITS Help Desk can provide support for GuestReg, reachable Monday through Friday business hours at (860) 486-4357.
How do my guests use the wireless network?
When presented with the login page for the wireless network, guests must select the "GuestReg" provider in the drop down box next to the username and password fields. They should use the username and password issued to them by the GuestReg system.
